*CAGE_peaks/hg19_cage_peaks*.gz have been updated from their original version. 
A label swap was found in the header section (CNhs12996 -temporal lobe tech_rep2- and CNhs12997 -duodenum failed to be lastly updated).
*Whole_genome_CTSS directory was added. It contains, per genome, whole genome CTSS and TSS expression.

Additional analysis results for human and mouse data is available.
*Sample_ontology_enrichment_of_CAGE_peaks contains enriched ontology terms for each sample.
*Sample_ontology_enrichment_of_coexpression clusters contains enriched ontology terms for each coexpression cluster.
*Repeat_expression contains relative expression of repeats-based CAGE peaks.
*Transcription_factors contains data on TF analyses.
